With the hindsight and experience of founding and managing several companies (Wirz Diamant, Diamtec, Wirz Consulting), Diamond Cutting Tools offers only high-performance, competent diamond tools, the result of personal conviction and guaranteed success.
Every detail counts
The vast majority of our tools are vacuum brazed (high vacuum) onto hard metal or Denal bodies, featuring cutting edges up to 12 mm with the latest generation of diamonds. One of the company’s specialties is the development of milling and turning tools for the medical (trauma and prosthetics) and dental industries, in MCD, PCD or CVD. These special, tailor-made tools, adapted to all grades of titanium or other medical materials, deliver impressive results.

Optics
We are also fortunate to be a recognized supplier to the optical industry, where we produce high-precision tools for the manufacture of intraocular contact lenses. This market is mainly an export market, but the quality and control protocols we have to implement guarantee the highest standards of precision in today’s market.

Watchmaking
Over the years, we’ve also made a name for ourselves in the watchmaking subcontracting business, particularly with watch hand and dial manufacturers. They appreciate our rigor, precision and repeatability, which saves them precious time when setting the finest parts found inside Swiss watches.
